German state railway Deutsche Bahn (DB) is set to sell its logistics unit, Schenker, to Danish company DSV in a deal worth €14bn. The announcement comes amidst a bidding war with investor CVC Capital Partners for the acquisition of DB Schenker. DSV is currently in advanced discussions and the agreement could be finalized by the end of the week. However, the deal still requires approval from DB's supervisory board, which is primarily composed of government and union representatives.
