São Paulo's film-TV body, Spcine, is excited to announce the launch of its new cash rebate program, aiming to attract international filmmakers to shoot their projects in the dynamic city and state. This program offers 20%-30% cash rebates to international films and TV shows, with a minimum investment requirement of $2 million and a project cap of $3 million. Projects that embrace diversity can receive additional bonus percentages.
