Arriva Netherlands has emerged victorious in a competitive bid to operate passenger transport services in the Province of Gelderland. The company will now provide bus transport in the Achterhoek and Rivierenland region, as well as train transport in the Achterhoek region. The contract, which is set to start in December next year, could potentially run until 2042, encompassing an initial ten-year term and a possible seven-year extension.
