Brazilian court has fined Elon Musk's company for breaching the ban on the social media platform X. Last month, the platform was banned in Brazil, but some users were able to briefly access it after a server update. The company claimed that the restoration was unintended and access was blocked again within hours. However, the court saw it as a breach and imposed a fine of five million reais ($920,000) on the firm.
The company moved its service back to its previous provider, but it's uncertain if the court can enforce the fine now that the service has been returned.
