Private equity firm 17Capital is shaking things up with its recent decision to move its New York City headquarters. The London-based firm will be leaving One Vanderbilt and making its new home at the iconic 452 Fifth Avenue, also known as 10 Bryant. The move will see 17Capital double its current footprint, occupying the entire 29th floor of the 30-story building. The lease, arranged by JLL, comes with an asking rent of $160 per square foot.
