Rio de Janeiro is set to make history as it prepares to host Brazil's inaugural SailGP event. The Enel Rio Sail Grand Prix, scheduled for May 3-4, 2025, will take place on the breathtaking Guanabara Bay, providing a stunning backdrop of the iconic Rio skyline and Sugarloaf Mountain.
This event will mark the sixth stop on SailGP's 2024/25 Season calendar and will be particularly special for home team, the Mubadala Brazil SailGP Team, as it will be their first home event in their debut season.
